Lucky ones get to sip sundowners on the balcony while soaking up sweeping views of the magnificent Dolphin Coast. The friendly North Coast village of Ballito is an evergreen holiday favourite thanks to the beautiful sandy beaches that rim the lush sub-tropical coastline. The sea teems with fish, while mussels and crayfish can still be found in the reefs and rock pools. When not hunting for dinner, fish, surf, play tennis, bowls or golf at the nearby Salt Rock Country Club, visit nearby hotels or trawl through fascinating shops and markets. The other resort towns of Umdloti and Umhlanga are just a few kays south, as are the bright lights of Durban with its incredible beachfront amenities and never-ending nightlife. From the north you are tempted by the call of the wild from a veritable pride of renowned game reserves. Please note that the sleeper couch in the lounge is small and is recommended for children only. A refundable breakage deposit is only charged during student weeks, which are the last week of November and the first week of December. All units require a guest over 18 to sign the indemnity form. Ground floor units have partial sea views and open onto the swimming pool. The second and third floor units have sea views with balconies. The unit size indicates the number of people that can be accommodated.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.
Due to factors beyond our control, there may be power cuts at resort the resort due to load shedding. Please understand that Timeshare Sentinel, the resort, its management and staff can’t be held liable for these power cuts.
Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appear on your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort on arrival.
