Villa Del Sol’s position on the edge of a sheltered beach in a quiet part of Margate keeps it peacefully secluded. Each has a patio, garden and braai area with plenty of space for children to play. The units are serviced, fully equipped and attractively furnished in cane. While you’re not at the beach you can laze around the swimming pool lawns with a sheltered bar overlooking the sea. The resort is within walking distance of Margate main beach, tidal pool,fishing pier & shopping center. Maximum 4 persons per unit (children &babies included), but some units can accommodate up to 6 persons: R100 per person per day extra – please make prior arrangements with the resort. Free parking for 1 car, extra cars pay R30 p/day subject to availability and to prior arrangement with the office. There is a games area with dart board & table tennis. Extra charges for use of Sauna – please enquire at reception. No animals or pets are allowed at the resort. All units are self catering, therefore the resort provide one roll toilet paper and a bar of soap on arrival. Beach towels are not provided. Please notify the resort for arrivals after office hours so that the necessary arrangements can be made for the keys. Office Hours: Week days 8am – 4 pm, Saturdays 8am – 12 pm, Sundays and Public Holidays Closed. Emergency No: 072 596 6530. There is a night guard on duty from 6pm to 6am, contact no.076 394 8999.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure(hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinels inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.
