Please note that charges for the cleaning service do apply and a refundable breakage and key deposit will be required at check-in. All units require aguest over the age of 18 years to sign the indemnity form at that time.

General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes,flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control(disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing oracts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.

Late Arrivals: Although The Royal Atlantic has a 24-hour reception, If youexpect to arrive late for check-in, please ensure you telephone the resort onthe above number to make arrangements for the key prior to arriving.

Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of thesame occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appearon your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort onarrival.
