Just ten minutes from the center of scenic Knysna, with its cosmopolitan shops,restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, museums and library, the villas are conveniently close to Leisure Island, with its lagoon-side beaches, The Heads and Coney Glen Beach. Scenic views extend across the golf course to the fish-rich waters of the Knysna Lagoon, the Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean. General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.

You may take occupation of the villa anytime after 16h00 on the 1st day of yourvisit. Please vacate the villa by 10h00 on the last day of your visit. Pleaseadhere strictly to these time.

Once at Sparrebosch, you will find a key box outside the main door entrance (onthe inside of the right-hand pillar). The key-box code will be given to youprior to arrival.

It is suggested that you bring the follow items: All your food and drinks,dish-washing liquid, dishcloths, a spare toilet roll, personal toiletries andbeach towels.

The DSTV subscription is in place already, so please do not change TV settingsor tuning. Should you change any settings to facilitate the use of laptops orplaystations, please ensure everything is reset as it was to ensure the nextowners can enjoy the use of the DSTV. Failure to do so will result in a TVcall-out fee being charged to your levy account. Please do not remove the smartcard unless requested to do so by a member of the Villa Management Team.

There is a housekeeper in attendance. Her working hours are from 09:00-14:00,Monday to Friday.

Where applicable, please store all patio furniture cushions inside prior toyour departure.

Please ensure that you return the key to the security box before leaving orsimply hand it to the service provider, if she is on site.

– 10 Fairlead Way – please get directions from Main Security.
– Once at Pezula, you will find a key box outside the main door entrance. Thecode to the box will be provided before check-in. In case of emergencies, thekey will be left under the Mat. Please ensure that on departure, the key isleft back in the Key box.
– It is suggested that you take along the follow items: All your food anddrinks / Dishwasher, Dish Cloths and a spare toilet Roll / Personal toiletries/ Beach Towels.
– There is a housekeeper in attendance. Her working hours are from 09:00-14:00,Monday to Friday. Should you experience any problems in this regards duringyour stay, please contact the on Site Supervisor Louise Bisset on 082 8201441.Alternatively, you can call the Villa Director, Tracy Phillips-Bryant on 0826517439 who will immediately attend to the matter.

– There is no golf cart in this Villa. There are carts available to rent at theClub House should you want to get in a game of Golf. The club House number is044-3025300 – it is preferable if you book in advance.
– Your Villa has a splash pool – please be advised that it is not heated.
– You will be billed for any losses or breakages during your stay and paymentis required within 48 hours of receipt of invoice.
– Please ensure that all windows and doors are kept closed when you are not onthe property, and particularly when you check out. Baboons are rife in thatarea and you will be responsible for any damages caused by them.
Sparrebosch Villa 12309
– No 1 Square Rigger Road (pls get directions from main Security Office).
– You may take occupation of the villa anytime after 15h30 on the 1st day ofyour arrival. If you arrive early, you will not have access to the premisesunless pre-arranged. Please vacate the villa by 10h00 on the last day of yourvisit.
– Only home owners are issued an access card. As a guest of Pezula, you will beexpected to sign in and out of the property each time you exit and re-enter theproperty.
– Once at Pezula, you will find a key box outside the main door entrance. Thecode to this box will be confirmed to you in the week of your arrival as thischanges continually for security purposes. In case of emergencies, the key willbe left under the Mat.
– It is suggested that you take along the follow items: All your food anddrinks / Dishwasher, Dish Cloths and a spare toilet Roll / Personal toiletries/ Beach Towels.
– The DSTV subscription is in place for your house, please do not change TVsettings or tuning. Should you change any settings to facilitate the use oflaptops or play stations, please ensure everything is reset as it was to ensurethe next owners can enjoy the use of the DSTV. Failure to do so will result ina TV call out fee being charged to your levy account. Please do not remove thesmart card unless requested to do so by a member of the Villa Management Team.
– There is a housekeeping Service available from 09:00am to 14:00pm, Monday toSunday. A daily service is not necessary to this Villa, but should you requirethe service, you can contact Nicky (Houseworx Cleaning Services) on 084-5851477to make the necessary arrangements. This will be for your own cost which is asfollows: Monday – Thursday – R195-00 per day (Friday cleaning inclusive) /Saturday – R195-00 / Sunday & Public Holidays – R390-00 (prices are subject tochange slightly).
– Should you experience any problems during your stay, please call Nicky(084-58514477). Alternatively, you can call Platinum Destinationsrepresentative Indran Singaram on 083-3240929 who will immediately attend tothe matter.
– If there is a golf cart in the garage of your Villa, please note that it isnot accessible to anyone other than the owner. It is against the Estate rulesof all golf estates for anybody under the age of 18, or without a valid vehiclelicense to operate a golf cart. The club House number is 044-3025300 if youwould like to book your golf game in advance.
