A dip in the pool or a set or two in the gym, the choice is yours. If you’re after something more relaxing, then some time in the spa will suit you perfectly. There are also an excellent variety of other active options for all ages, like squash, table tennis and trampolines. Explore the great outdoors with fun activities like horse riding, fishing and mountain biking. Alternatively, take a helicopter ride and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the cascading natural magnificence of Tugela Falls the world’s second highest waterfall. Hiking across the lush veldt is the best way to explore the Spion Kop Battlefields and uncover its surprising participants. Spiritually and culturally sated, you can retire to your Chalet, sip a chilled sun-downer on the balcony and try spotting an antelope, whilst enormous bearded vultures soar majestically overhead and baboons bark a serenade from the cliffs. Staying at Alpine Heath is not a holiday; it’s a life-affirming experience.
Each chalet comprises of a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two twin-bedded rooms that share a second bathroom.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.
No open braai (barbeque) fires are allowed at the chalets. Gas braai facilities
are, therefore, available. If you wish to use them, it is essential that you
book in advance.
Guests wishing to bring their own gas braai equipment are welcome to do so.
Open-fire braai (BBQ) facilities are located near the swimming pool.
Limited DSTV is available.
Babysitting assistance, as well as baby cots, can be hired by prior
arrangement.
