And don’t worry, Umhlanga (pronounced oom-shlun-ga) is easier to enjoy than it is pronounce! The Resort’s easy-going design captures the feel of a Mediterranean village. Picturesque whitewashed arches and cobblestoned pathways meander through three acres of sub-tropical parkland.
There’s a mouth-watering array of restaurants and inviting bars, not to mention an outstanding range of leisure activities. The Resort is a whole world within itself, offering a constantly changing activities program and facilities covering everything from a comfy lounge for adults to special sitting services for baby. There are bars, BBQs, beaches and boating, in addition to a long list of wonderful things that don’t start with attractions – like a kids game room, a children’s play area, a gym, a sauna and full tennis courts. You’ll even find a grocery store and a hairdresser onsite. Feeling more adventurous? Answer the call of deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, sailing or micro-light flying. Or just go hang out on one of the many beaches nearby. Love shopping? The largest mall in the southern hemisphere, the Gateway Shopping Mall, is nearby. Only parties with someone over 21 years of age will be allowed to check in. Management reserves the right to deny occupation to persons failing to qualify. This is a non-smoking resort and smoking is not permitted in the units.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control
(disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all
reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.
Late arrivals: If you expect to arrive late for check-in, please ensure you contact the resort on the above number to make arrangements for the key prior to arriving.
Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appear on your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort on arrival.
