Nestled in 27ha of landscaped garden and indigenous fynbos, the suites are surrounded by the natural beauty of the tranquil Garden Route. Spacious self-catering units overlook the tranquil park-like setting and are fully-equipped with modern conveniences to ensure maximum comfort. With spectacular views of unspoiled beaches, guests can stretch out on luxurious beds, cool off under the fan, watch satellite television or catch up on emails home.
Resort facilities are family friendly, complete with games room and playground for the little ones. Take an early morning dip in the swimming pool or head to the tennis courts before planning your excursion for the day. Spend the day at the beach swimming, boating, sailing, fishing or simply soaking up the sun. Return to the hotel for an excellent meal at the restaurant, and spend a lively evening at the bar. Alternatively, the town of Plettenberg Bay, only 5minutes away, offers excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife. Castleton suites are an ideal base; with nature reserves, nearby Cango Caves,wine farms and the Tsitikamma forest, a host of activities are right on your doorstep. Enjoy hiking trails and horse riding, dolphin and whale watching, or take a scenic drive to historical sites and natural wonders. A refundable breakage deposit fee is payable on arrival. Please note that only some of the parking bays are undercover. There is only sea-fishing available in the immediate area. Not all the units have telephones and not all units have sea views.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services,facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense,omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.
Late Arrivals: If you expect to arrive late for check-in, please ensure youtelephone the resort to make arrangements for the key prior to arriving.
There is a daily cleaning service, except on Sundays.
The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy tothe one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appear on yourreservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort on arrival.
