Particular attention has been made to ensure this is a family-friendly resort, complete with putt-putt course, trampolines, tennis and squash courts. Please note that the 244 units (2 bedroom, sleeps 4) are apartments and are much smaller than the lodges.

The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, forcemajeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.

The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appear on your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort on arrival.
All units are spread along the gorge for the best view, the distances between the facilities and the units may be up to several kilometres.
The Clubhouse is available to persons over the age of 16 only.
Please bring your own swimming towels.
Camping cots are available at reception on arrival and on payment of a refundable deposit.
The use of quad bikes is strictly prohibited anywhere on the resort.
