The resort exudes a sense of old-world opulence tempered, just a little, with modern pragmatic design. Soak up the sun by the outdoor pool or chill out with a sundowner in the heated indoor pool. One of the best ways to get a feel for the estate is from the back of a horse. And, as you canter across the undulating grass, you’ll see plenty zebra and antelope. Alternatively, you can take to the mountains on foot and tackle one of the many hiking trails – the landscape is splendid and there are some birds that are exclusive to this Highveld area!
If you love your food, you won’t be disappointed. The resort’s restaurant cuisine is excellent, whilst music lovers will be pulsing to the scintillating rhythms of the Jazz bar. Superb! With 15 dams stocked with heaps of cunning rainbow, brown and golden trout, there’s plenty of opportunity to perfect your fly-fishing skills. Or not! Either way, at the end of the day you can sit back and relax on the veranda of your secluded chalet and watch the wildlife of Africa sashay by. Its better than any TV documentary! A refundable key and breakage deposit is required, in the local currency, at check-in. A per-day ‘Estate Fee is charged. For those wishing to fish, there is a charge for a per-person fishing permit, which is valid for the duration of your stay. Trout caught attract a charge,. Please contact the resort for a quote. If you wish to fish, but don’t have your own equipment, it is possible to hire rods, reels and nets at a daily charge. If you would like your fish gutted and cleaned the resort is happy to do this at a small per-fish fee.There is a Fly Fishing clinic for a fee.
Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appear on your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort on arrival.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes,flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control(disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.

It is extremely cold during the winter months and the resort strongly recommends you bring extra blankets or duvets with you if you are susceptible to the cold. Please do not bring extra heaters, as the unit’s power supply is not sufficient to operate any extra appliances.
No motorbikes, including 4-wheelers, are allowed on the estate.
