A haven for families, theres a plethora of resort action-packed activities, with artful outdoor pool, kids playground, indoor spa, fully-equipped gym, BMX track, trampoline and full tennis courts at the resort. Set your own pace on walks through scenic mountain kloofs where the rock pools will tempt you to stop for a drink. And for those wanting a gentle option, simply sit and absorb the peace and beauty of your surroundings, gaze out over the bushveld, rich in bird-life and small game. Perhaps you might even indulge in a little fishing – the resort offers anglers excellent river-fishing opportunities.
Whats more, the resorts a mere 12 km drive from the town of Cullinan where you can explore museums, interesting shops, pubs and restaurants. Whoever you are, youll soon see why the idyllic getaway of Little Eden offers the holiday of a lifetime.

A breakage deposit fee is payable on arrival at the resort in cash as there are no credit card facilities at the resort. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure. Activity fees are payable via cash. Air conditioning in main bedroom only. No Cleaning services on a Sunday or Public Holidays. Units 10 – 12 have steep stairs, advisable not for elderly people. There is air-conditioning in the main bedroom only. The road to the main gate and all other roads leading to the chalets are dirt roads.

General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.

The reception closes at 4:30 pm. If you expect to arrive late for check-in, please ensure you telephone the resort to make arrangements for the key prior to arriving.

All the units have one oil heater during the winter months.

There is one undercover car park per unit.

Units are serviced daily, except on a Sunday and public holidays.

The mobile phone signal is poor at the resort.

Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated.
