Spend time next to the stunning free-form swimming pool. For a more unique experience, challenge yourself on the gladiators course. A fishing haven, enthusiasts can take advantage of the abundant freshwater species in the well-stocked dam at the resort. The giant chess set proves lots of fun, as do the trampolines. Kids enjoy congregating at the playground or in the games room, giving parents a well-deserved time out to appreciate the peaceful environment.
Round the corner from the resort are the Botanical Gardens, a game park, Pretoria Zoo and the Sammy Marks Museum. If you want a taste of city life or to sample interesting cuisine and indulge in mall trawling, Johannes burg is an hour away and Pretoria just 25 km. All in all, Manzi Monate Resort is ideally placed to ensure a vacation everyone will talk about for years.
Please note that in a case of power outages, the generator will be switched on as backup power. The resort will be running the generator during the following times in such a case:- 07h00 to 10h00 (morning)- 12h00 to 14h00 (afternoon)- 18h00 to 22h00 (evening) No overcrowding allowed, this includes babies and children. All six sleeper chalets have internal stairs. Check-in: A refundable key and breakage deposit fee is payable on arrival and can only be paid in cash. Guests will not be able to check in without a confirmation letter or if there are more than the allowed guests per chalet. The one exception to this is if there is an extra baby under 12 months old. In this case, a cot can be hired for a fee. If you have your own cot, the fee will be halved. An additional per-chalet cost is charged for the games room, depending upon the number of guests. All six sleeper chalets have internal stairs.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.
Late Arrivals: If you expect to arrive late for check-in, please ensure you telephone the resort to make arrangements for the key prior to arriving.
Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appear on your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort on arrival.
Please note: Please bring your own DSTV smartcard.
Visitors: If guests have visitors for the day, there is a small per-person fee for all those over 2 years of age and there is a limit on the number of visitors: 6 per 6-sleeper, 4 per 4-sleeper, 2 per 2-sleeper.
