Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake,etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply,power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.

Unit Assignment

The resort has the right to assign a different unit of thesame occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appearon your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort onarrival.

Your choice of accommodation includes one, two, three or four-bedroom chaletswith a double bed in the main bedroom, single beds in the other bedrooms andsleeper couches in the lounge.

Although there is no regular cleaning services on Sundays, prior arrangementscan be made to have it done for a small extra fee.

The resort offers the following satellite channels: Cartoon Network, Sportschannel, Movie Magic, M-net, SABC 1-2 & 3, and E-TV. There is also aplaystation room on-site, as well as quad bikes.
