With its numerous private dams and weirs, this is pure heaven for fly fishermen – especially those who enjoy an added dash of luxury!Finish your coffee beside the cosy fire and you go through your fly-box before grabbing your creel and setting off in pursuit of some of the finest fish in the Old Eastern Transvaal. Once you’ve got your catch for the day, cook up a storm on the BBQ, while thekids enjoy the play area and playground. For those who don’t fish, play a game of squash, then enjoy a restorative sauna or a dip in the indoor pool. Visit a nearby game farm, go bird watching (there are as many birds as there are fish)or saddle up a horse to explore the surrounding Highveld, while the maid service spruces up your cottage. Grab your fishing tackle or your binoculars and come enjoy some time out of the mainstream at Millstream Farm.
A refundable key and breakage deposit fee is payable on arrival. There are no TVs in the units. Instead they are in the recreation center where DSTV is supplied, along with a telephone.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes, flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control (disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.
Late Check-in: Please notify the resort in advance if you anticipate arriving after the check-in time (after 5pm). If one is late, a gate levy will be charged.
Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appear on your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort on arrival. Fishing rods, fly-fishing tackle, mountain bikes, as well as tennis and squash racquets are available for hire from reception. The nearest bank is in Dullstroom, 5km away. There are doctors available in Belfast and Lydenburg.
