Right in spectacular False Bay, The Strand Pavilion is a definite cut above the rest. This is the only resort in South Africa that is built on the beach and that extends twenty-five meters out over the waves. Any closer to the ocean and you’d be in it!
The beautiful setting of the Golden Beach on either side frames your location.All units have full or partial sea views and floor to ceiling windows take full advantage of the surrounding mountain and seascapes. Keep a weather eye out for passing pods of Southern Right Whales. Expect to find all the convenience of home with a microwave, stove (with oven), family-sized refrigerator, all linen and towels, and kitchenware included. Even beach towels are provided at reception.
Soak up the incredible vista from beside a sparkling outdoor splash pool in summer. Regardless of the season and no matter what the weather, there’s no reason to stay out of the water. If the clouds roll in, just tumble into the municipal indoor swimming pool adjacent to the Resort!
Take advantage of a multitude of exciting activities, including horse riding,beach or deep-sea fishing, windsurfing, kite surfing, scuba diving, abseiling and rock climbing. Take a short scenic drive to sample the delectable produce of one of the many nearby wineries. Your hosts will gladly arrange to look after your youngsters.

A refundable deposit fee is payable on arrival. There is a per-vehicle per-night fee for secure parking. There is one parking bay per unit and a trailer is counted as a vehicle.
General: All complaints regarding resorts should be directed to the resorts itself and Timeshare Sentinel will not be held liable for any complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, services, facilities and any other complaints relevant to the resort. The providers of the accommodation on the Timeshare Sentinel website are independent bodies and not agents or employees of Timeshare Sentinel. Timeshare Sentinel will not refund in the event of double reservations, strike, force majeure (hurricanes,flooding, earthquake, etc.) or other causes beyond their direct control(disruptions in water supply, power outages etc.), and will have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The user shall be bound by the resort rules and the use agreement applicable between the member/shareholder and the Resort/Share block/Points Club. Timeshare Sentinel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied with regards to the resort not due to Timeshare Sentinel’s negligence. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if the booking confirmation letter is not produced, or if the number of persons exceeds that shown on the confirmation letter/unit configuration. Persons allowed include children of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed on presentation of a valid confirmation letter and corresponding guest ID (Member Reservations & Guest Certificates). Timeshare Sentinel does not take responsibility for any accommodation purchased from a second or third party or incorrect information supplied by a second/third party. On selling of Timeshare Sentinel inventory is strictly prohibited which will result in termination of membership as well as cancellation of all reservations with full forfeiture of amounts paid.
Late Arrivals: If you expect to arrive late for check-in, please ensure youtelephone the resort to make arrangements for the key prior to arriving.
Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of thesame occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appearon your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort onarrival.
