Timeshare Sentinel is owned and operated by Cheryl Gooderson Otto, on a PTY (LTD) basis.
Cheryl started out in the industry as the Sales Manager for the Fairways Timeshare Resort in the Drakensberg, thereafter she was promoted to Resort General Manager of both Fairways And Riverbend Chalets, 16 years later she rose to the position of COO (Chief Operating Officer) of The Gooderson Leisure Corporation, a JSE listed company.
In November 2011, the decision was made to start her own timeshare resale company, a dream she had been nurturing for many years.
Cheryl’s reputation for service excellence is legendary by all who have dealt with her in the South African Timeshare industry, now you can draw on her vast experience, as well as her knowledgeable and efficient service.
At the 2009 RCI Industry awards ceremony, Cheryl received the prestigious Legends Award The timeshare equivalent of the Hall of Fame
Cheryl holds an NQF Level 4 Competency Certificate from Seta Services in conjunction with the Estate Agency Affairs Board.
Resort Development
With in excess of 25 years of experience in the timeshare industry, Mike Otto is responsible for our Resort Development Consultancy service.
Prior to joining Timeshare Sentinel, Mike held the position of Group Acquisitions and Development Manager at the Gooderson Leisure Corporation, a listed company. His meticulous approach ensured the presentation of detailed feasibility studies to the Chairman and Board of Directors, driving informed decision-making.
