Renting Process

Timeshare Sentinel offers current timeshare owners as well as Resort Developers a platform to rent out owned weeks.

All weeks that are placed for rental with us are not only offered out directly on our website, they are included in our fortnightly send out to our subscribers list, furthermore, the list of available weeks is distributed to both our Agents throughout the country and Industry Partners. Using this methodology, we attain a very good success rate.

Besides representing only timeshare owners, we invite Resort Owners and Developers to list their available inventory of timeshare and/or self-catering units with Timeshare Sentinel. Please contact us directly in this regard on 083 4758946.

Unlike hotel bookings, timeshare accommodation bookings work slightly differently, payments cannot be split i.e. deposits, etc. The full rental amount is payable in advance and held in Timeshare Sentinels account until we have received and forwarded a Guest Certificate from the owner to the guest at which time the owner will receive payment for his accommodation.

As an owner of timeshare wishing to rent out your week/s through Timeshare Sentinel, complete the registration form in the adjoining tab. Please note, that in the case of rentals, we require a two month sole mandate in order to effectively market the accommodation placed with us.
